Property Management Repairs & Maintenance
Property Maintenance and Repairs
We think it’s important to ensure you receive value for money in the provision of all services, so we work hard to ensure that service charges are kept to a reasonable level without affecting the quality of service. The provision of such services follows our tender procedure, and all contracts are subject to poor performance clauses and reviewed on a regular basis.
We only use independent contractors who are vetted to ensure that they have the relevant insurances and meet minimum health and safety requirements. Scanlans property management company offer professional routine maintenance and repair services which cover Leeds and the Greater Yorkshire area, Liverpool, Birmingham, Manchester and Chester.
