Scanlans has expanded its property management operations across West and South Yorkshire with a raft of deals.
The contracts span sites in Leeds, Allerton Bywater, Rotherham and the village of Wentbridge, near Pontefract.
In Leeds, Scanlans has been appointed to manage Ahlux House, a six-storey block comprising 43 apartments on Millwright Street, and North Crescent, a block of six flats. Both sites are near the city centre.
Scanlans has won tenders to manage three schemes in the centre of Rotherham comprising almost 120 apartments and 18 commercial units. They are the grade II listed Imperial Buildings, along with Keppel Wharf and Old Market.
The firm has also secured a management contract for the public open spaces and communal areas at a Miller Homes estate in Allerton Bywater, near Castleford.
The estate, comprising 188 houses and nine apartments, is part of the Allerton Bywater Millennium Village.
Meanwhile, Scanlans has also been appointed to manage Red House, a block of six flats at Wentbridge.
Michael Willans, senior property manager at Scanlans’ Leeds office, said: “We are delighted to be seeing significant growth in our operations across Yorkshire, reflecting the quality of the service we provide and the competitive package we offer to developers and leaseholders.
“Our expansion means we are recruiting to strengthen our team and we are confident of adding further property management contracts in the near future.”
Scanlans partner Ian Magenis said: “Our focus on growing our property management services from the Leeds office is paying off, with instructions from a number of national and regional developers.
